I have worked in the motor trade for over 30 years,
mainly as an Aftersales manager in franchised dealer
groups. During that time I managed several medium
sized bodyshops.
I also held the position of Quality Manager, producing
and developing several ISO9000 accredited Quality
Management Systems.
In recent years I have been assisting independent
garages with sales, marketing, administration,
manufacturer approvals and accreditations.
Most recently I have been working with BSI on an
external resource basis carrying out PAS125
inspections.
